Information You Provide
We collect information that personally identifies you, like your name, address, e-mail, phone, credit card, and other personally identifiable information requested during registration for your Blink Inc account or as otherwise requested in the course of your use of the Services (e.g. information needed to reserve photo shoots or process photo purchases) (“Personal Information”). You may be asked to provide us with Personal Information when you register with the Blink Inc website or use any of our Services, and at other times. It’s optional to provide your information to us. But, if you decide not to provide the information we ask you for, you may not be able to use some or all of the Services.

Usage Data and Site Activity
We automatically collect information about the things you do on Blink Inc’s website and how you use the website (“Usage Data”). For example, each time you use the Blink Inc website we may automatically collect information like the type of web browser you use, your operating system, your internet service provider, your IP address, the pages you view, and the time and length of your visits to the Blink Inc website. This anonymous usage information may be included with your username and/or profile, but we don’t share any of your identifying information with anyone outside of Blink Inc. We use this information to help us understand how people use the Services, and to enhance the products and Services we offer.
Do Not Track Signals
We do not currently respond to “do not track” signals or other mechanisms that might enable consumers to opt out of tracking on our Site.
For online payments and/or Automated Clearing House (ACH) payouts, we use the payment services of Stripe (https://stripe.com). We do not process, record or maintain your credit card or bank account information. Through the Services, you may choose to access outside services and applications, such as Facebook, Instagram, or other SNSs. When you do, you may be able to share content from the Services with those outside services and applications. If you choose to use these outside services or applications, the information you share with those outside services and applications will be covered by their privacy policies.
Please be aware that whenever you share information on outside services and applications, that information may be accessed by other people and may be passed along or made public by others even if you have not elected to make such information public. We cannot control who reads your postings or what other users may do with the information that you voluntarily post, so it is very important that you do not put Personal Information in your posts. This means that anyone with access to that information could possibly use it for any purpose, including but not limited to, sending unsolicited communications. Once such information has been posted publicly either by you or a third party, you will not be able to edit or delete such information cached, collected, and stored elsewhere by others.
We may hire Service Providers (“Service Providers”) to provide services like photo shoots, hosting and maintenance, data storage and management, and marketing and promotions. We only provide our Service Providers with the information they need to perform these services for us.
We cooperate with government and law enforcement officials and private parties to enforce and comply with the law. We may disclose Personal Information and any other information, data, or content about you to government or law enforcement officials or private parties if, in our discretion, we believe it is necessary or appropriate in order to respond to legal requests (including court orders and subpoenas), to protect our safety, property, or rights, and the safety, property, and rights of any third party, to prevent or stop any illegal, unethical, or legally actionable activity, or to comply with the law.
We don’t knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 13. If we find out that we’ve received Personal Information from a child under the age of 13 by mistake, we’ll delete that information from our records. Please be aware that your Personal Information and communications may be transferred to and maintained on servers or databases located outside your state, province, or country. If you are located outside of the United States, please know that we process and store all information in the United States. The laws in the United States may not be as protective of your privacy as those in your location. By browsing the Site or using the Services, you consent to the collection, use, transfer, and disclosure of your Personal Information and communications in the United States.
