Shoot Reservation Cancellation and Refund Policy

  1. You can cancel your shoot reservation with a full refund at any time up to 24 hours before the reservation start time through our website, or by contacting a Blink store.
  2. You can reschedule a shoot within 24 hours of its start time for any other available time once you are within this 24 hour period. To reschedule a shoot within a 24 hour time period before the shoot please contact a Blink store.

Image and Shoot Purchase Refund and Exchange Policy

  1. If you do not like an image you have purchased from a shoot, or there is an issue with the image, we will be happy to replace the image with another one from the same shoot. Please contact us if you encounter issues with your images.
  2. We cannot provide refunds for images or shoots once images are made available for download on our site, only exchanges as per #1.
  3. Buy All shoot purchases are not exchangeable or refundable.
